As a UI designer at Aiken Digital, I led the UI design of both Taobao and Wechat platforms for French fashion brand Sezane, highlighting their visual style and helping them develop the Chinese market.

About SEZANE
The story of Sézane begins with a forgotten suitcase and a love of vintage. Upon discovering an abandoned collection of vintage clothing, Morgane Sézalory began making slight adjustments to the pieces, and selling her finds online under the name ‘Les Composantes’. Her monthly drops, or rendez-vous, became an anticipated event in France.
By 2013, Morgane realized she had found her calling: she began supplementing her vintage pieces with her own designs & Sézane was born.
Phase 1 Launch: 'We-Apartment'
Invite them into your brand
The smart way to build sustainable growth in China for a new brand in a competitive space is to focus efforts on building Lifetime Value. To do this we must create an ecosystem that naturally invites, converts, and retains Sezane customers within the brand-owned environment. Therefore. we will translate the experience of the famous "Sezane Apartment' into the Chinese digital ecosystem to officially launch the Sezane brand in China. Using WeChat as the only native D2C platform, we will nurture the existing Sezane fan base in China and cultivate like-for-like customers to build a powerful and profitable community. Filled with a mixture of localized and global content to keep our audience engaged. Structured around a calendar of activations and promotions that focus on providing value and exclusivity through GWP, co-branded partnerships, and service benefits.
Phase 2: 360 Ecosystem
Introduce a new public channel on Douyin(TikTok) to broaden audience size and drive more quality traffic to WeChat Store. Launch official store on TMall to solidify market share and e further combat grey sellers.
